Holiday cooking class at Mountain Branch in Maryland

JOPPA, Md. (Dec. 5, 2005) -- Mountain Branch Golf Course offers cooking classes the second Saturday of each month, and the series continues through March 2006. The lessons are hosted by the popular Chef Paul, who provides recipes and ample samplings of each dish! The Saturday, Dec. 10 event will showcase Holiday Delights. Tickets to attend the class are $25 in advance and $30 at the door. All classes begin promptly at 10 a.m. The classes are a great holiday gift idea for those who are hard to buy for on your list!

The Holiday menu includes:

-Sweet potato puree with ginger and apple cider
-Scalloped potato au gratin
-Horseradish crusted prime rib
-Pit fired pineapple mango glazed ham
-Creamed spinach
-Chocolate walnut biscotti

The remaining classes include: January 14, Quick and Easy; February 11, Around the World; March 11, Top 5 Requested Recipes.
