Divot Master ball mark repair tool introduced

Starting Time has introduced a unique tool for repairing ball marks on the green.

The Divot Master attaches on the end of the putter and features 10 tapered prongs that gently repair the ball mark without damaging the putting green surface. The scar from a severe ball mark quickly heals, far faster than a conventional divot repair tool, according to Hugh Penton, president.

Because the tool is on the golfer's putter, it's not necessary to bend over to make the repair. This is particularly a benefit to golfers with stiff or sore backs. The prongs are designed to take the work out of the ball mark repair. This helps the players take care of every ball mark, leaving the greens in perfect putting condition.

The Divot Master also incorporates a ball marker in the cap covering the divot tool, So, when a golfer gets to the green, they always have available the divot tool and a ball marker conveniently at hand. The tool fastens to the end of the putter grip with a combination of a pressure sensitive tape and a wide flanged screw that attaches through the vent hole of the grip.
