CARY, N.C. -- The Executive Staffing Group providing employment solutions to businesses for over 20 years and a long time supporter in the fight against cancer, is pleased to announce their contribution to a new grant honoring former Jimmy V Celebrity Golf Classic marketing director, Kathy O’Brien.

Brooks Savage, CEO of The Executive Staffing Group has pledged $5,000 to honor the work O’Brien has done for the Classic. O’Brien, who served as the marketing director for The Classic for the past five years was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and retired to focus on her treatment.

“Kathy has such passion for the fight against cancer,” said Savage. “Anytime you get around her you get fired up about helping the Golf Classic fight this horrible disease. The Executive Staffing group is honored to make a contribution in her name.”

The new grant was announced by The V Foundation at the annual V Gala, which takes place during the Jimmy V Celebrity Golf Classic.
