BEAVERTON, Ore. -- Nike Golf is making its entry in the women's golf ball category for the first time with the new Super Lady golf ball, the "sister" of Nike Golf's successful Power Distance Series.

Seeing the growth potential in the women's segment, Nike Golf has created the Power Distance Super Lady with a low compression core and softened ionomer cover resulting in the softest women's ball in the market. The added carry and softer feel of the Super Lady allows a wider range of swing speeds to optimize distance performance and maximize scoring opportunities.

Featuring a 432 dimple pattern, the Super Lady helps to produce higher trajectory shots while optimizing velocity and distance through its low compression core. Available in US stores now, the Super Lady feels good, acts right, and more importantly, will bring greater confidence to women, who strive to improve and enjoy the game at the highest level.

The Super Lady is the newest addition to the Power Distance family that includes the Super Far, Super Fly and Super Soft that were introduced by Nike Golf in 2002 and 2003.
