ISISPORT's fall golf & lifestyle collection a hot seller

ADDISON, Texas -- ISISPORT, a Texas-based company engaged in the design, manufacturing, marketing and distribution of women’s sportswear announced that due to the popularity of the Fall 2005 Golf & Lifestyle Collection, the company has sold out of several styles in its five fall collections.

"We dare to be different and are raising the style bar in women’s golf and lifestyle apparel," remarked Karen Miller, CEO, ISISPORT.

"ISISPORT is on the cutting edge of golf and lifestyle fashion. Our apparel is distinctive because we blend feminine styling into active sportswear giving it a “lifestyle” orientation so it can be worn on or off the course. We developed our design direction largely from extensive interviews with LPGA pros, female golfers, and retailers around the country, as well as well as my own observations as an extensive business traveler and golfer of 20+ years," explains Ms. Miller, a former senior executive with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Miller insists, "You can’t ignore the trends in the apparel industry in general." Women's Wear Daily reports, “Personal style is hugely important to [baby boomers] women 40 to 60 years old. They don’t feel old and adamantly refuse to look matronly, dowdy or any other negative style point formerly associated with middle age. In fact, most would rather be accused of dressing too young than too old. Boomers see the apparel they wear as an important form of individual expression, as opposed to staying on top of trends.”

The company offers a variety of price points in their collections; from moderate to high and always includes a small “couture” grouping in exceptional European fabrications that are showcased by high end design houses.

"We feel that performance fabrics continue to be important, however, a woman generally will not buy a shirt just because it has a wicking capability if she doesn’t like the style or fit," Miller explains. "The bottom line is comfort, style, performance and fit. If golf apparel can be flattering, performance factors are an added bonus. Further, women want clothing that travels well - i.e., are comfortable on an airplane, doesn’t require ironing or dry cleaning and is versatile enough to be worn on more than one occasion."

ISISPORT is sold exclusively at fine sportswear shops, country clubs and resorts in the United States, Mexico and the Caribbean. Visit www.isisport.com for additional information and upcoming show dates.
