DeLaCruz Golf completes company reorganization

VISTA, Calif. -- DeLaCruz Golf has announced that the company has completed its reorganizational restructuring. Following a stockholder written consent to reorganize the company, Dick DeLaCruz, founder, has assumed the role of president and chief executive officer.

Larry Fortier has joined the company as chief operations officer, serving in a role in which he was successful in other endeavors. Stephen Johnson, a thirty-year veteran in the golf industry, has been named national sales manager. Manufacturing operations will continue under the direction of Bill Sheehan, plant manager.

The reorganization included closing the Miami, Okla., sales office and centralizing operations in Vista, Calif.
