(OTC Bulletin Board: UTXG - News), the leader in prepaid gift ticket experiences, announced that the Company has renewed its agreement with the National Golf Course Owners Association (NGCOA), whereby Utix will continue to proudly feature member golf courses as eligible venues for its Utix Golf Experience Ticket.
Pursuant to the new three-year contract, Utix will collaborate with the NGCOA to aggressively expand the number of member courses within the existing Utix Golf Ticket Network, currently numbering 2,100 public and semi- private courses nationwide. Utix was one of the founding sponsors of NGCOA and has maintained an active membership since 1990.
The NGCOA has more than 6,500 member courses worldwide and reaches an audience of more than 18,000 golf course owners and managers through Golf Business Magazine. NGCOA is the leading resource for golf course owners and operators looking for tools to assist them in making their business more profitable and successful, while promoting a high level of service to partners, customers and members. The mission of the association is to enhance the lives of golf course owners by making their businesses more profitable, better managed and more efficient. Presently, more than 5,000 NGCOA courses are U.S. members, with international membership exceeding 1,500.

Presently, nearly 1,000 NGCOA courses participate within the Utix Golf Ticket Network. The new agreement will include Utix's participation in NGCOA Chapter events, trade shows, print and online advertising and new member direct mail advertising campaigns.
