SPRINGFIELD, Mass. -- Springfield Falcons Charities, Inc. is proud to announce that the 8th Annual Columbus Day Italian Open Golf Tournament will be held on Monday, October 10, 2005 at the Crestview Country Club in Agawam, MA. This Charity Golf/Epicurean Event will benefit Shriners Hospital for Children in Springfield, the Springfield Sliders Sled Hockey Team and Springfield Falcons Charities, Inc.

A Falcons celebrity will be paired with each foursome participating in the golf tournament. A dinner and reception are held at Crestview Country Club following the round of golf. Foursomes, cart, green, and tee sponsors are currently available and can be purchased by calling 413-739-3344.
