Element 21 Golf Company joins Professional Clubmakers' Society

IRVINE, Calif. -- Element 21 Golf Company announced that it has joined to Professional Clubmakers' Society as a corporate member.

Element 21 Golf has committed to an aggressive advertising program within the PCS' bimonthly publication, the PCS Journal. As a new member, the company will receive full color, full page ads in the next 3 journal issues beginning September '05. The September issue will reach thousands of clubmakers worldwide.

The September mailing will include distribution of a DVD presentation that will be enclosed in the journal. The DVD will include a 'promotional code number' whereby the subscriber can obtain a free 'E21Eagle One Pro' shaft by registering the code number on the company's website, www.e21golf.com, in order to personally experience the superior performance and feel of the E21 scandium shafts. The prestigious Professional Clubmakers' Society represents professional clubmakers from around the world, and E21 plans to distribute thousands of their informational DVD's to clubmakers over the next few months.

Dr. Nataliya Hearn, president and CEO of Element 21 Golf, stated: "We are excited about working with The Professional Clubmakers' Society. This will allow Element 21 to reach a core audience of professional clubmakers and create added awareness of the E21 product line. Our new line of scandium metal alloy shafts are superior in every aspect to competitive products currently available.

Clubmakers will be able to choose from a variety of E21 shafts of different lengths and stiffness to suit any customer requirements. We are confident that once the E21 story is out there, and professional clubmakers begin to have some first hand experience with our products, we will quickly be able to penetrate the market of custom fit clubs.

Professional clubmakers build clubs for the average golfer, PGA teaching pros and many tour players from the various tours. By getting our shafts into the clubmakers' hands golfers at every level will have a chance to experience the advantages of the E21 scandium products.

Gene Sprayberry, world-class club fitter and custom clubmaker (PCS Certified "Class A" clubmaker and PCS International Clubmaker of the year), has the following to say about the new Eagle One Scandium shafts from Element 21 golf:

"I am absolutely ecstatic about the performance of the Eagle One iron shafts. As a club maker with over 30 years of experience I have never encountered a shaft that has more versatility from the stand point of launch control and tighter dispersion characteristics. Additionally, the shaft minimizes vibration so much that my amateur and touring pro customers can hit the product all day with virtually no hand fatigue. I heartily recommend this shaft to all serious golfers; both touring pros and amateurs."

About the Professional Clubmakers' Society:

The Professional CLUBMAKERS' Society is an independent, non-profit, international association headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky and as an independent association, the PCS offers a unique and unbiased structure from which its members may learn about the latest in golf technology. Founded in 1989, the PCS is owned and governed by its members, for its members, and is the only independent certifying body for golf club fitting, club making and club repair. PCS members gain valuable knowledge from the bi-monthly PCS Journal, which contains club making tips, marketing suggestions, member exchanges, research reports and a special pull out section containing articles and information about the latest in component equipment and supplies.

About Element 21:

Element 21 is relying on its experience working with advanced scandium metal alloys to introduce this unique space-age material to the golf industry. Scandium alloys were originally developed for applications in aeronautics; MiG series fighter jets and leading-edge missile applications, as well as the International Space Station.

Scandium metal alloy clubs represents the first new innovation in material composition of golf clubs to hit the industry in decades. Scandium not only provides significant increases in distance, but more importantly, added accuracy and consistency. Due to their advanced composition, coupled with numerous design innovations, these clubs also offer improved feel while reducing shock transfer to the player's hands. E21 is extremely excited about the synergistic relationship it is establishing with the PCS. J. Howard Butler, former V.P. of R&D for True Temper Sports and now President of Golf Science Consultants (GSC) and technical consultant for E21 Golf has this to say about the PCS/E21 effort: "E21's unique material and manufacturing capabilities along with GSC's state-of-the-art fitting technology will provide incredible new fitting opportunities for the custom clubmakers. Golf started as a "custom fitting" sport and finally the advantages of custom fitting will be available to the consumer again in an unprecedented fashion. This effort will have a significant impact on improving player performance. GSC is very excited about teaming with E21 and custom clubmakers around the world to provide this benefit!"
