NEW YORK -- Black Enterprise and title sponsor Pepsi return to Miami this Labor Day weekend for the 12th Annual Black Enterprise/Pepsi Golf & Tennis Challenge, the nation's foremost amateur golf and tennis tournament for African Americans. The sold-out event will be held September 1-5 at the Doral Golf Resort & Spa, one of the country's premier destinations providing world-class golf and tennis facilities.
Celebrating its 35th anniversary as the leading business and investment resource for black professionals, Black Enterprise has attracted more than 1,200 African American entrepreneurs and business executives each year since partnering with Pepsi in 1994 to launch the Challenge.
"We are proud to celebrate our 35th anniversary with event veterans as well as newcomers to the Golf & Tennis Challenge," says Johnny Graves, president of Black Enterprise Unlimited. The extended weekend is filled with networking opportunities, financial seminars hosted by American Express, health seminars hosted by Aetna, spa treatments, and friendly competition on the golf and tennis courts. Each day is capped off with sponsor-hosted receptions and top-notch musical entertainment. This year's featured artists include legendary performer
