Silicon Valley is Total Golf Adventures' newest territory

SANTA MONICA, Calif. -- Total Golf Adventures (TGA), the only national at-school, after school, golf enrichment program in the country and a leading initiative to grow junior golf in the U.S., announced recently that Silicon Valley has just been signed as the company's 23rd licensed territory.

Greg Dumlao, a former PGA Professional, and Daryl Harris, a life-long athlete, co-own the territory.

"Greg and Daryl have tremendous business experience and both bring a passion for the game that will enhance the TGA family and be helpful in teaching and getting more children excited about the sport. I am pleased that they've joined TGA and look forward to working with them," said Joshua Jacobs, Owner/Director of TGA.

TGA's program, available for children in grades K-8, extends beyond learning the game of golf and honing the golf swing. A child's passion for the game of golf grows with a program that expands and improves their motor skills and coordination, encourages their advancement, and builds their confidence and self-esteem.

In addition, the TGA program promotes and teaches life values intrinsic to the game of golf:

Respect -- for the game, their fellow players, and the golf course
Honesty
Teamwork -- classes include team skills challenges
Sportsmanship -- good sportsmanship is fundamental to the TGA curriculum and is rewarded in classes
Commitment and Integrity

Total Golf Adventures (www.totalgolfadventures.com) is a Santa Monica based company that has 23 national programs in 18 states. Since launching in Fall of 2004, TGA instructors have taught more than 20,000 children in over 400 schools. TGA is endorsed and named as the official junior golf initiative by the Golf Range Association of America (GRAA); is a member of the After School Alliance, and the National Golf foundation (NGF). In addition, TGA is a sponsor of the Middle Atlantic and North Florida PGA sections including the North Florida Swing Into School Program.
