Gear-To-Go's new Demo-Rental service debuts

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA - You arrive at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, anxious to get
out on the golf course in that wonderful desert air, but do you know how to get
to the links? You will now. As part of a new partnership with Gear-To-Go, Inc.,
the exciting new golf club Demo-RentalSM service, Avis Rent A Car and Budget
Rent A Car will offer an exclusive Gear-To-Go Collectable Golf Course Locator
Map at the counter -the first of its kind- at all Phoenix Avis and Budget rental
locations.

Beginning this fall, more than 50,000 maps will be made available as the
definitive guide to all of Phoenix/Scottsdale's best courses. Each map will
include course names, addresses, phone numbers, number of holes and easy locator
coordinates. The maps will also feature Avis and Budget car rental offices, as
well as all Gear-To-Go easy pick up and delivery locations.

That's just one aspect of a strategic partnership that links the two rental car
companies with the revolutionary new Gear-To-Go golf club Demo-RentalSM
service. Both companies will support the Phoenix launch of the service that will
begin renting clubs to golfers in November. Gear-To-Go, which is expected to
expand to other golf meccas in mid-2005, has already begun accepting
reservations for Phoenix.

Gear-To-Go provides golfers a way to by-pass all the headaches associated with
carrying or shipping clubs while on golf trips by enabling them to rent the best
and latest golf equipment available. Customers simply go to the company's
convenient web site at www.gear-to-go.com, provide their itinerary, select their
choice of clubs and check out. Their golf club rental sets will then be ready
for either pick-up or delivery when they arrive in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

Additionally, anyone renting a car from Avis or Budget, as well as demo-renting
from Gear-To-Go before December 31, will receive a free sleeve of Maxfli
'Noodle' golf balls as an extra gift. The three balls -a $10 value will be packed
in the golf bag when it is delivered to or picked up by the customer.

Furthermore, in another exclusive promotion, Budget will place post-it stickers
on each of its rental contracts generated at every Phoenix location advising
customers that they may qualify on a first come, first serve basis for a free
Gear-To-Go? golf club rental give away. The first 100 golfers to respond during
the month of October will receive up to seven days of free golf club rentals.
These free rentals will be good from November 1st, 2004 through May 31st, 2005.

"We are extremely excited that both Avis and Budget will be helping to promote
our demo-rental service to their customers and, at the same time, join with
Gear-To-Go to offer something unique and different to travelers planning to
play golf in the Phoenix/Scottsdale market," said Alan Perper, Executive Vice
President, Marketing of Gear-To-Go. "The power of these two high-profile brands
can only increase our credibility and exposure options. These companies will
also be invaluable partners as we grow into other resort markets of interest to
golfers."

Both Avis and Budget will carry active links to the Gear-To-Go web site and
feature Gear-To-Go brochures at their rental counters, introducing travelers
looking to rent vehicles in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area to Gear-To-Go's unique
services. Conversely, Gear-To-Go will carry both Avis and Budget advertising
and links on its site, driving additional business to the rental car partners
from customers who are planning to rent clubs in Phoenix.

"Gear-To-Go offers a unique option for rental car customers who no longer want
to travel with their own golf clubs," said Mike Caron, Vice President of Product
Development for Cendant Car Rental Group, which owns both Avis and Budget. "This
exclusive partnership demonstrates our efforts to provide extra value-added
services that enhance the car rental experience."
