Etonic adds new styles to popular G>SOK line for 2006

WALTHAM, Mass. -- In just one year, the Etonic G>SOK golf shoe has made a big impression on golfers and retailers. The industry's first non-cleated golf shoe has experienced strong sell through at retail and has received thousands of accolades from golfers who wear the G>SOK. And now, golfers will have more fashion choices when it comes to the new line of G>SOK shoes for 2006. Etonic has added one new style for men and two new styles for women.

"When we first introduced the G>SOK, retailers really liked the non-cleated concept and the overall look of the shoe but were a little cautious with their initial order," stated Karen Pitts, Vice President Marketing - Etonic. "However, the response has been so strong from golfers that we find our retailers giving Etonic more space in their shops for G>SOK plus our entire line of high performance footwear."

The Etonic G>SOK features a lightweight traction system that is extremely comfortable and durable. The colorful Goodyear outsole has a Multi-Zone Traction System™ which combines tri-directional pyramid turf grips with lateral and longitudinal stability bars and a C.I.P. (critical impact point) for incredible traction on all types of lies. A TPU shank provides added arch support and lateral stability. The full grain leather upper combines a removable Tri-Density Poliyou™ footbed and a Cushion Suspension Insole System ™ for added cushioning and enhanced comfort and fit throughout the shoe.

In 2006, Etonic is introducing one new style G>SOK for men with two colorways and two new styles for women with three colorways. The new style for men is a solid black and solid white with a camel highlight on both. For women, Etonic has a new sporty T- style white shoe that is available with a stone accent or pink accent. Etonic will also offer a women's solid white G>SOK shoe. The new styles for both men and women will be available October 15. The suggested retail for G>SOK is $85.00.
