(GPSI), a leading developer and provider of global positioning system and Wi-Fi wireless business solutions for golf courses, golf residential communities and golf resorts, have announced that they have entered into an agreement with GPS Golf Vision to distribute their Inforemer Wi-Fi-enabled GPS Golf Business Solution to the Australia and New Zealand region.
The region represents more than 900 golf courses, including 85 high-end resorts. GPSI recently announced the purchase of exclusive patents to Differential GPS (DGPS) for golf in Australia and 12 other countries.
Based in Auckland, New Zealand, GPS Golf Vision will act as the exclusive Inforemer distributor for New Zealand, the North and South Pacific Islands and all of Australia, excluding the state of Western Australia. Minimum revenue projected under this agreement is estimated at $4 million over five years.
