GASTONIA, N.C. -- AccuFLEX Golf will be introducing a brand new "pink" shaft to the golf industry on Aug. 15.
The new lightweight EP shaft will be offered in a 60 gram weight range with various flexes to accommodate the slowest of swingers to above average swing speeds. The EP shaft will feature a metallic "pink" finish and will be offered in "Double L flex, "A" Flex, "R" Flex, and "S" Flex. The "Double L" flex, a brand new concept in shaft flexes, will "load" much easier for even the slowest of swingers. Ladies, seniors, even juniors will benefit from the technology of this shaft that will provide them with the extra "kick" that is lacking in stiffer shaft models. The New EP shaft is designed to optimize launch and spin profiles for each "flex segment". Low Bend Point, Soft Tip in the "Double L" and "A" flex, Low-Mid Bend Point, Mid-Soft Tip in the "R" and "S" flex.
A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the new EP shaft from AccuFLEX will be donated to benefit Breast Cancer Research.
While the "pink" EP shaft is sure to attract many of the women golfers out there, AccuFLEX is urging men to try this new shaft as well. "Being that we're offering it in so many different flexes it's not just for women," said Jody Baucom, President of AccuFLEX Golf. "Are you man enough to Swing Pink? That's what we'll be asking the guys on the Nationwide and PGA Tour when we roll out this shaft in August."
AccuFLEX is accepting pre-booked orders at this time and the new "pink" EP shaft is expected to be available at an AccuFLEX retailer near you by August 15th.
