After being used by the winners for the last two weeks at tournaments on both the PGA and Nationwide Tours, the Zero Friction Golf Tee™ again enabled its users on the PGA Tour to scorch the scorreboard at the U.S. Bank Championship in Milwaukee.
Four Zero Friction Golf Tee users finished in the top-10 over the Brown Deer Park Golf Club course in Milwaukee, with two of them reaching the top-5 and one was ranked third for the week in driving accuracy, with an average of 82.7 percent. In the final round, this PGA Professional hit 92 percent of the fairways. In all, six golfers using the revolutionary Zero Friction Golf Tee finished in the top-15, and 17 users made the cut.
Since being introduced to the PGA Tour in the beginning of May, Zero Friction users have recorded three wins, three second-place finishes and 23 top-10's. On the Nationwide Tour that total has reached two victories, a second and five top-10's.
The Zero Friction tee provides less resistance between the golf ball and the golf tee for longer, straighter drives. Its reduced spin rate fights dispersion, thereby keeping the ball on line and in the fairway.
