G.C. at Fiddler's Creek taps John Calabria as director of membership sales

NAPLES, Fla. -- The Golf Club at Fiddler's Creek has appointed John Calabria as director of golf membership sales. In this position, Calabria will oversee the sales and marketing of all golf memberships for the acclaimed Club, located in Naples, Fla. In addition, Calabria will serve as Fiddler's Creek's touring pro and ambassador of golf representing the Club as he continues his competition schedule. Calabria has played in several U.S. and U.S. Senior Opens, PGA and Senior PGA Championships and Senior British Opens.

With extensive golf club experience, Calabria has worked in the Naples area for more than a decade. Prior to joining The Golf Club at Fiddler's Creek, he served as the director of golf membership sales for the Tuscany Reserve Golf Club, as well as serving as the director of golf operations and membership sales for Naples National Golf Club. Before coming to Florida, he was the head golf professional at the Brook-lea Golf Club in Rochester, New York.

Calabria is a graduate of Florida State University and has played on both the PGA Tour and Champions Tour. He is active in several professional and community organizations and is a member of the Golf Digest Selection Committee for "America's 100 Greatest Golf Courses."
