MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. — Centex Homes Myrtle Beach Division has named JoAnn Hicks as area sales manager for several Centex Homes communities including Camden Creek, Coldstream Cove, Wellington, PinecCrest, and LinksBrook. Hicks brings more than 30 years of sales experience to her new position where she is responsible for the management of five communities in the South Strand, as well as the supervision of 12 sales executives.

Prior to joining Centex Homes Myrtle Beach Division, Hicks was the top producing sales executive for Centex Homes Charleston Division for five years and was named sales person of the year in 2004. For the past four years she was a winner of the Mystery Shopper award, a nationwide Centex Homes sales competition. Additionally, she was co-chairman of the Membership Committee for the Charleston Trident Board of Realtors.
A native of Simpsonville, S.C., Hicks is attending the Wyatt Real Estate School and has taken several courses in leadership, business, and management. She resides in Myrtle Beach with her husband Ron.
