Tarpon Springs, FL – Golf Strategies, LLC makes its mark with its first golf course acquisition, Crescent Oaks Country Club, located in Tarpon Springs, FL this past week. Crescent Oaks will be the first owned property for Crescent Oaks Partners LLC, a newly formed subsidiary of Golf Strategies, which will also have the exclusive management rights to Crescent Oaks.
Crescent Oaks has over 300 homes in this private, gated community located 20 minutes north of Tampa. The club includes an 18-hole championship golf course with practice facility and a 20,000 square foot clubhouse. Crescent Oaks Partners, LLC is a partnership between Douglas White, Tom Wheary, President of Golf Strategies, and Bill Stafford of S & P Developments based in Orlando, FL.
