MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. — Centex Homes Myrtle Beach Division has named Debbie Green real estate sales executive for Coldstream Cove at Prince Creek, located in Murrells Inlet, S.C. Located next to the Tournament Players Club (TPC) of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina’s only TPC golf course, Coldstream Cove offers maintenance-free luxury two-story townhomes ranging in size from 1,588 to 1,803 square feet.

In her new role Green is responsible for generating on site sales, as well as providing customer service throughout the sales and building process. Green has been in the sales industry for six years. Her experience encompasses all phases of the real estate processes from construction to new homes sales.

Green has worked with Centex Homes since January of 2004. A native of Potomac, Md., she now resides in Myrtle Beach.
