eCoaching Technology Acquires Swing Logic

ORLANDO, Fla. - eCoaching Technology, a leading sports video distance learning company, has acquired Swing Logic, Inc., an Internet game-improvement services company. The acquisition, which will expand eCoaching's functionality in the sports marketplace, includes SwingLogic's patents, portal technology, intellectual property and other assets.

"Brad Brewer and I are pleased to combine these companies into an entity that addresses the sports market, starting with golf," said Marc Matoza, founder of eCoaching Technology. "The easy-to-use features we offer athletes will allow them to improve their skill levels and enjoyment of their sports."

eCoaching and its 'Customer for Life' program recently were selected for use by the PGA TOUR Golf Academy, and have been incorporated into the Academy's golf instructional schools and private lessons.
