The new, state-of-the-art KZG Fitting and Training Center officially opens this month at the company's headquarters in North Hollywood. The Center has two hitting bays, featuring Vector and Swing Dynamics Launch Monitors, Golf Tech mats, KZG Fitting Software and video training systems.
Our Director of the Fitting and Training Center is PGA Professional Jay Schrader. We are delighted to have Jay on board ... not only is he one of the nicest people in the business, he also happens to be a touring professional, teacher for many tour players, a master club builder, a former owner of a very successful custom golf shop (where he featured KZG of course), and one of the top fitters in the business. He was most recently with the PGA Learning Center in Port Lucie, Florida.
The main purpose of the Fitting and Training Center is to provide 3-Day Certification Seminars in Club Fitting. The fitting course will be designed for four different categories of Dealers: (a) retailers and club fitters with emphasis on indoor fittings, (b) driving range and green grass shops with an emphasis on outdoor fittings, (c) club builders with an emphasis on more advanced training on fitting and club building, and (d) PGA Professionals for continuing accreditation on fitting. Currently open are the following Seminars:

Dec. 14-16 (Driving Ranges/Green Grass)
Jan. 11-13 (Retailers/club fitters)
February 1-3 (Clubmakers)
February 15-16 (Retailers/club fitters)
Classes will cover extensive fitting techniques, use of ball launch monitors, use of the new KZG Fitting Software, detailed information on club head construction, shaft construction, trouble shooting, use of connectors for demo clubs plus branding, merchandising, marketing, advertising and handling customers with different personality types. There will be social events also: barbeques, lunches and dinners and if there is enough time, a round of golf!
