Uplink Corporation adds proven GPS industry executive

Austin, Texas - UpLink Corporation, the industry leader in GPS-enabled golf course management applications, helping courses realize increased profitability from integrated tournament management support, revolutionary golf car monitoring and management systems, and innovative sponsorship programs announced that noted GPS golf authority, Blake Ponuick, has joined UpLink as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in preparation for a period of increased growth.

In this new role, Ponuick will be responsible for driving the Uplink brand and positioning in the marketplace and leading its marketing, product, sales and customer programs, including the successful AdSmart initiative. In addition, Ponuick will spearhead Uplink's overall product and market strategy and design new programs to accelerate growth for Uplink and add value for its rapidly growing customer base.
