Williamsburg, VA - Williamsburg Environmental Group, Inc. (WEG) is excited to announce the appointment of Gregory J. Hofstetter as a Senior Golf Manager.
Hofstetter brings over 25 years of golf industry experience to WEG. Hofstetter began his career as a Golf Course Superintendent in the Mid Atlantic Region before joining Lesco, Inc. as a Senior Agronomist. He later joined with Meadowbrook Golf/IGM as the Director of Golf Course Maintenance and VP of Golf Operations. Here, he supervised 107 nationwide properties that were owned, leased, managed, and/or were under third party maintenance contracts. In 2002 he started his own business, Agronomic Systems, a golf consulting company, serving as its principal Agronomist.
