About the Championship:
This unique Championship for amateur left-handed golfers dates back to 1973. It became an International Championship in 2002 with an objective of promoting international goodwill through spirited competition, sportsmanship, individual and national pride.
Future objectives include developing a winning partnership with a sponsor to provide support for a worthwhile charity. At the top of our list is The First Tee, an excellent youth charity which impacts the lives of young people by providing learning facilities and educational programs that promote character development and life-enhancing values through the game of golf.
