LOS ANGELES, CA - Brush-T, the revolutionary golf teeing system that has consistently shown its ability to provide golfers with added distance off the tee, has announced that defective Brush-Ts from Series I have entered into the marketplace.
"These substandard Brush-Ts were to be destroyed well over two years ago or we thought and now they are being sold at retail as well as on-line. We urge our customers to purchase only genuine Series II Brush-Ts," noted Paul Krok, President of Brush-T North America. "These imperfect Brush-Ts could mar or blemish the outstanding reputation Brush-T has garnered and that is why we encourage those consumers who purchased the flawed tees to exchange them and experience the outstanding performance qualities of the real Series II Brush-T."
For those consumers who have already purchased the defective Series I Brush-T the company has implemented an 'exchange program.' Simply mail in the Series I Brush-T to 8460 Higuera Street, Culver City, CA 90232 and Brush-T will send you the same model type Series II Brush-T directly to your home or office.
To identify the difference from the defective Series I and the genuine Series II, hold the Brush-T and flex the stem. The defective Series I will physically bend, maybe even break, and the stem appears to be round. If used, the base will break easily and the bristles can fall out. The authentic Series II has a sturdy stem and will not bend. Additionally, the stem beneath the base of the Series II Brush-T begins with four flat edges and tapers to the tip. For further identification, examine the Series II packaging located on the company website at www.golfbrusht.com/findretailer.html.
"Currently we are also working with retailers to help rid this problem. We don't want our valued customers to have a poor impression of such a great product," adds Krok.
