DeLaCruz Golf's Mag Cruzer hits market

Vista, Calif. (September 29, 2004) - The right-handed models (men's and women's) of the Mag Cruzer, the much-anticipated new driver from DeLaCruz Golf, is now available. The left-handed models (men's and women's) will be available in 2005.

Cast from high-quality magnesium, 62% lighter than titanium, it features weights distributed in the club head, precisely and permanently placed to help correct a golfer's slice, hook or ball flight needs. The Mag Cruzer, the first mass-produced driver constructed from magnesium, is available in both men's and women's models.

"The Mag Cruzer is exceptional in design, performance and customization
options," said Mark Schlosser, vice president of sales and marketing and chief
operating officer for DeLaCruz Golf. "It was worth the wait as we refined the club's
specifications. The Mag Cruzer is the only driver available that will help correct the
common slice or hook with weights which, once positioned for an individual golfer's
optimum performance, stay in place indefinitely as the player improves his swing."

Among the Mag Cruzer's distinguishing characteristics is that it can
hold up to 50 grams of weight, or approximately 25 per cent of the club head weight.
Each weight is placed on the perimeter of the head to move the flight of
the ball dramatically. With weights placed in predetermined positions in the head for proper balance and loft, the club helps improve workability of the ball and helps minimizes slicing and hooking.

The three Mag Cruzer models include the Anti-slice, the Anti-hook and Neutral. Placing head weight on the heel of the head helps corrects slice; placing head weight on the toe helps corrects hook; and placing head weight on the side helps work the ball. All models feature a proprietary graphite shaft made by Graphite Design.

"The Mag Cruzer gives golfers confidence when standing on the tee," Schlosser said.
"It helps players correct slice or hook tendencies by means of customized and
permanent weight positioning in the head. And the neutrally-weighted Mag Cruzer
visibly isolates more weight in the back-weighted position than any other club."
