Michelle Wie's career will be far more than just being a good looking girl who can play. She's a player. Wie is more than a flavor of the month, she's the real deal. It is important for any woman's sport to have a 'babe' appeal. That's just the way it is.

Wie will evolve into a headline getter who will do it based on skill and not just cheap frills.

The LPGA will be wise to stay on her bandwagon.
