The Learning Center, located at 531 Brower Road, provides learning opportunities for youth and adults in areas of after-school homework assistance, employability classes and alternative online courses. The Learning Center targets at risk youth and families that are economically disadvantaged.

The Power House Youth Center is seeking to raise funds to establish a place that will provide a safe, drug-free location, off the streets, for the youth in Lima. Programs hosted by caring Christian adults will give youth positive alternatives to gangs, violence, and drug use. The Power House Youth Center targets middle school and high school students between the grades 6 through 12 (ages 12-19).
