World Golf Village presents NFL Alumni Home of Legends tour

St. Augustine, Fla. (March 19, 2005) - The NFL Alumni Home of Legends
show house, which was recently showcased at private events during Super Bowl
weekend, will be available to the public during an upcoming spring
tour. The gorgeous Arthur Rutenberg home, located in The Neighborhoods of
World Golf Village, will be open for public tours from April 2-10 from 12
noon-5 p.m. Tickets are $10 per person and proceeds will benefit local
charities.

The Mirasol II, located in the Clubview Estates neighborhood on the
King & Bear golf course, was built by Marcus Allen Homes, an independent
franchise of Arthur Rutenberg Homes. The magnificent 4,300-square-foot home
features a showcase of the finest products available for homebuyers from Home of
Legends sponsors American Standard, Electrolux, KraftMaid Cabinetry,
Masonite and Schlage. Other show home contributors include Clopay
Garage Doors, Corian Countertops, GarageTek, Hunter Douglas, Sherwin Williams,
Storehouse Home Furnishings and Waverly.

“The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village team is really proud that Mark
Refosco of Marcus Allen Homes is making this beautiful show home available
to the public,” said Sherry Davidson, president of Davidson Realty, Inc.,
marketers of the community. “This home is a spectacular showcase that
will give homeowners and potential homeowners lots of innovative ideas with
the most cutting-edge products the industry has to offer.”

The Mediterranean-style show home offers four bedrooms, four full
baths, a den and a bonus room. The first floor flows easily from the foyer
through the living room to the leisure room, with unobstructed views to the
wrap-around lanai. The second floor houses the fourth bedroom and bath
to create a private suite with a balcony, along with a spacious bonus
room.

“We really had a fabulous response to the home from visitors around the
country during Super Bowl Weekend,” said Mark Refosco. “Our homes
truly represent Florida living at its absolute best and this will be a great
opportunity for the public to get great ideas, while supporting a
worthy cause.”

Tickets for the home tour are available at Davidson Realty’s King &
Bear office. To reach the King & Bear, take I-95 to Exit 323 and turn right
