Grand Traverse Resort ready to lure travelers

ACME, Mich. – March 19, 2005 – With the approach of spring, as travelers begin to consider warm weather travel plans, Grand Traverse Resort and Spa near Traverse City, Michigan is ready to welcome them with a variety of package choices.

Packages offered by the 900-acre destination resort include Casino, Spa, Romance, Family, and Golf. Spring rates are in effect April 22 - June 9 and summer rates are in effect June 10 - Aug 13, 2005. In addition, all packages have midweek and weekend, Hotel, Tower, and Condominium guest room options.

All package prices below are for midweek Hotel accommodations, per person, double occupancy, plus tax and nightly resort service charge.

Casino package

You could hit the jackpot with the Casino Package. It includes two nights accommodations, free Casino shuttle, one Casino discount book per person, shopping discounts in the Gallery of Shops, and two breakfasts per person. Casino discount books are good at Turtle Creek Casino, just four miles from the Resort, or at Leelanau Sands Casino, about 20 miles from the Resort on the other side of Grand Traverse Bay. Spa packages

Delight in pampering and wellness at Spa Grand Traverse by choosing the One Night Spa Package, the two-night Spa Package, or the three-night Deluxe Spa Package. You'll fall in love with the Resort's romance package called "Just the Two of Us." Just the Two of Us includes two nights accommodations, one dinner per person, Champange and truffles, and flowers. Carefree getaway

The Carefree Getaway is a popular package for families. It includes two nights accommodations, one dinner per person, and two breakfasts per person. Spring midweek rates begin at $179.30 and summer midweek rates begin at $263.

Golf Packages

A variety of golf packages are offered including One Night, Two Night and Three Night options as well as a Golf & Spa package.
