SOUTH SALEM, N.Y. (September 17, 2004) - Darrell Survey ranked Heavy Putter’s new putter the fourth most-used at PGA Champions Tour "Kroger Classic" held in Mainville, Ohio.
Heavy Putter also confirmed that it earned two "top twenty-fives" with Bobby Lincoln tying for 20th and Jay Overton tying for 23rd.
"We are a little surprised but very pleased that we were the fourth most used putter on the Champions Tour last weekend," Heavy Putter president Stephen Boccieri stated.
Heavy Putter combines heavy mass putter heads, a Weight Management System (WMS) and Interchangeable Tip Weights to create a balance point that is 75% higher than conventional putters. The high balance point allows the golfer to manage the heavy head producing a consistent release and greater stability throughout the stroke.
The new Putter is currently not for sale and will not officially debut until the 2005 PGA Show.
