Golf Digest's and Golf World's photography and Tennessee whiskey

LYNCHBURG, Tenn. -- Gentleman Jack Rare Tennessee Whiskey and Golf Digest Publications are partnering to bring "Images of a Gentleman" to sixteen golf clubs throughout the country. Images of a Gentleman is a photo exhibit, developed by Golf Digest Publications in conjunction with Gentleman Jack, which displays unique golf images taken from Golf Digest and Golf World archives and their 55+ years of involvement within the PGA TOUR.

Images of a Gentleman evenings include a gallery display of Golf Digest's and Golf World's finest golf photography, a featured speaker, and a guided tasting of Gentleman Jack Rare Tennessee Whiskey. Hor's devours and cocktails will also be provided.

Golf Digest Publications' speakers include Peter Finch, Senior Editor for Golf Digest and Golf World, and Executive Editor of Golf Digest Index; Bob Verdi, Senior Writer for Golf Digest and Golf World, and recipient of the 2004 PGA Lifetime Achievement Award in Journalism; and Christian Iooss, Director of Photography for Golf Digest and Golf World.

"Images of a Gentleman brings the world of golf through photography to those that enjoy the sport and have an appreciation of its traditions," said Mark Grindstaff, Jack Daniel's Brand Marketing Director. "Gentleman Jack has long been involved in golf, often a favorite on the course or to toast the day's winner. We are proud to bring this evening to a passionate audience and to share with them a toast to the finer things in life."

"The images that were chosen to be featured in this series of engagements are among the most iconic in Golf Digest's extensive collection," said Tom Bair, Vice President and Publisher of Golf Digest. "I cannot think of a better way to showcase these remarkable photographs than in conjunction with the prestige that is associated with the Gentleman Jack brand."

Images of a Gentleman events last from 6:30pm until 9:30pm and are invitation only. Invitations are sent to select Golf Digest and Golf World subscribers. All guests must be at least 21 years old to participate.

First introduced in 1988, and unlike any other whiskey in the world, Gentleman Jack Rare Tennessee Whiskey (80 proof) is charcoal mellowed twice, once before and once again after the maturation process. The result is an exceptionally smooth whiskey with a rich, rewarding taste. A taste elegant enough to mark an important occasion, distinctive enough to preserve a memory and refined enough to give as a gift.
