Mogg, 43, an accomplished golfer, originally hails from Tacoma, WA, and is one of the 10 teachers making their first appearance on the list. An instructor in the Orlando area for the past 18 years, Mogg has worked with well-known Tour players such as Skip Kendall and John Cook, professional athletes Orel Hershiser, Doc Rivers and Derek Lowe as well as entertainment personalities and community and business leaders. Mogg is a former second team All-America at the Ohio State University (1983). He also won the 1983 Ohio Amateur Championship before spending 10 years on the PGA Tour.

Chosen from the country’s 25,000 golf professionals, Mogg is now among an elite group of golf teaching professionals that includes; 10 newcomers, 10 women and 30 professionals that have been on every list since the first 50 in 1991. Teachers represented on the list hail from 28 states and Canada.

“Considering the number of excellent teaching professionals across America, it is a great honor to have Brian named to GOLF Magazine’s prestigious list,” says Neal W. Harris, Vice President of Castle & Cooke. “We are thrilled he has received this deserved attention and grateful that Brian is part of the Keene’s Point family.”
