EDEN, Utah -- Wolf Creek Utah, a private master-planned recreational ski and golf resort community, recently announced that Ryan Taylor will assume the duties of head golf professional in addition to his current position as tournament director at Wolf Creek Utah.
Taylor, a Utah native, is currently a PGA Level II Apprentice, and will obtain Class "A" PGA status in October 2008. Taylor turned "Pro" in 2002 and has been member of the Wolf Creek Utah golf staff for over six years.

The Golf Course at Wolf Creek Utah opened in 1963. The 18-hole, par 72, 7,018-yard golf course mesmerizes and challenges players from start to finish. Designed by Mark Baliff, the Wolf Creek Utah golf course boasts beautiful scenery of the surrounding mountains, as well as, water elements coming into play on at least four of its holes. The golf course also offers private practice facilities, golf shop, dining room and lounge, as well as a recreational center. An additional 18 holes are currently being designed by Golf Hall of Famer Larry Nelson. Future plans call for a renovation of the current clubhouse; including a pool and pool house, and a brand new members-only golf clubhouse.
In addition, the Audubon International recently designated the golf course at Wolf Creek Utah as the first course in Utah to become a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary. The group lauded Wolf Creek for enhancing wildlife habitat, protecting water quality and conserving resources. It is one of 647 sanctuary courses in the world.
