Bonita Bay Group announces that Jeffrey S. Burgoyne has joined the staff at The Club at TwinEagles as director of golf course operations.
In his new position, Burgoyne will be responsible for overseeing the golf program at TwinEagles’ two championship golf courses, The Talon by Jack Nicklaus and Jack Nicklaus II and The Aerie by Gary Player; a 47,000-square-foot clubhouse and state-of-the-art practice facility.
Burgoyne has been employed with Bonita Bay Group for more than six years. A certified member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America, he most recently was director of golf operations at Bonita Bay East.
Burgoyne served in the U.S. Army from 1988 to 1991, and graduated from Lake City Community College in 1996 with an Associate of Science in golf course operations. He worked in golf course management in Ocala until 2001 when he moved to Southwest Florida.
