Gene Carpino IV appointed head pro at Raven's Claw Golf Club

LIMERICK, Pa. -- After gaining valuable experience at one of the top private clubs in the Philadelphia area, Gene Carpino IV has made the move to Limerick, PA. Carpino was named head professional at Raven’s Claw Golf Club, located just off the Sanatoga exit of Route 422 in Limerick.

Carpino spent the last five years at Commonwealth National Golf Club located in Horsham, PA.

During his work at Commonwealth National GC, Carpino held the position of first assistant golf professional and also PGA head golf professional. As the first assistant, he managed the entire golf operation, upgraded and managed the Junior Golf Program, and organized corporate and private golf outings. As the PGA head golf professional, in addition to the above, he was responsible for increased golf shop revenue, assisted in the business planning and budgeting with other management.

Carpino was perfect for the position at Raven’s Claw, possessing a very good head for business while having extensive computer knowledge and great inter-personal skills.

Raven’s Claw, currently ranked in the Top 10 by Golfweek, is set on a naturally magnificent 177-acres in Pennsylvania’s golf capitol, Montgomery County. The course has the right amount of elevation change, mature hardwood trees and two beautiful streams running through it.
