Brush-T introduces Green Grass program

SANTA ANA, CA – Jan. 21, 2005 – Brush-T, the revolutionary golf teeing system, has always demonstrated how it consistently gives golfers added distance off the tee since the product was introduced several years ago. Now, with the introduction of its new Green Grass program that's aimed entirely at the on-course market segment, Brush-T will demonstrate how golf professionals and golf shops will consistently add profits to their shops.

"The Brush-T Green Grass program is a quick and easy way for golf professionals and golf shops to greatly increase their cash flow, while providing their customers with a product guaranteed to help their game," says Paul Krok, President of Brush-T North America. " In addition to the program being affordable and attractive, it also includes the exclusive Tour developed white Brush-T."

"Once consumers try the Brush-T," adds Krok "it sells itself." The Green Grass program will put the Brush-T directly in front of a consumer's eyes, initially making it a great impulse purchase and later a great investment in their games.

The Green Grass Starter Program, which is available for a nominal charge, provides everything needed. A uniquely designed complimentary counter top display features a merchandising unit that showcases every Brush-T Pro-Series II through a color-coded system. The display comes with 54 Brush-T Pro Series II packets, including 18 XLT Pro-Series II, 18 Oversize Pro-Series II, 10 Driver Pro-Series II and eight Fairway Pro-Series II. The Green Grass program guarantees exclusive distribution of the Tour-developed Pro Series II products.

There are four Brush-T models. The XLT is 3 1/8" high, the Oversize 2.4" high, the Driver 2.2" high, and the Fairway 2" high.

All four Brush-T models conform to the rules of both the Royal and Ancient Golf Society of St. Andrews and the United States Golf Association.

The entire line of Brush-T products will be on display during the PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando, Fl. from Jan. 27-30 in booth #4916 at the Orange County Convention Center.

The Brush-T was developed by Jason Crouse, a South African design engineer and golfer. Crouse's concept was to replicate the feel of grass and to reduce the interference associated with hitting off a wooden or plastic tee. The Brush-T exceeded Crouse's expectations. The synthetic bristles provide a natural striking surface, similar to hitting off grass, but more importantly they reduce resistance to improve distance and reduce sidespin to increase accuracy. Independent tests have shown that Brush-T adds as much as seven yards of distance over regular tees.
