Baseball's spring training is a great time to catch your favorite ball players, but it's also a golf opportunity. In this week's podcast, Senior Staff Writer Chris Baldwin tells host Dave Berner it might be best to skip the baseball and head straight to the golf course.

"I'm all for the idea of spring training - you know, some sunshine, beer and baseball," Baldwin says. "But I think you might want to skip the baseball part of it. I'm a big baseball fan, but I think spring training itself is an overrated experience."

National Golf Editor Tim McDonald talks about golf on Amelia Island, Florida.

"You'll get resort golf," McDonald says. "There are four courses there, one of which is members only. They have a real short course there called the Ocean Links course - very scenic, but extremely tight and narrow."

PGA instructor Chuck Evans explains the intricacies of how your body works in relation to your swing.
