PGA chapter honors Mike Davis, Director of Las Vegas-based Walters Golf Academy

LAS VEGAS, Nevada – The PGA of America's Southern Nevada Chapter, Southwest Section recently honored Mike Davis, Director of Instruction for Walters Golf with their two highest recognitions: "Golf Professional of the Year" and "Teacher of the Year." This is the sixth year Mike has been recognized as Teacher of the Year.

"This is a tremendous accomplishment and reflects the commitment Walters Golf as a company has to the game," said Michael Levine, Director of Marketing for Walters Golf. "Mike is also ranked as one of the Top 100 Teachers in America by Golf Magazine and is one of a very few PGA Professionals to have earned the prestigious Master "Teaching Professional" recognition by the PGA of America. He provides instruction at each of our courses and is one of the few highly ranked instructors who still personally gives playing lessons, which have been tremendously well received."
