NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – Jan. 13, 2005 – Golf & Tennis Pro Shop, Inc. (GTPS) has selected Raul Rodriguez to be the store manager for its North Myrtle Beach Martin's PGA Tour Superstore.

Rodriguez's responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations of the North Myrtle Beach store and maintaining Martin's reputation for a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Before joining Martin's, Rodriguez worked for The Home Depot chain of home improvement stores. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his ability to develop exceptional management teams at both new units and existing locations, and his teams have continuously exceeded sales and profits goals.

His accomplishments include growing The Home Depot Pacific South Region from 21 stores to 74, generating annual sales of $3.2 million, which was 9.4% over plan while delivering profits 8.8% over plan.
