Stone Eagle Golf Club names course superintendent

PALM DESERT – Jan. 12, 2005 – Stone Eagle, a new private golf club in development in Palm Desert, has named Brian Hardin as golf course superintendent.

Hardin, who served as superintendent at The Palms in La Quinta for the past six years, will oversee the current construction, agronomy and day-to-day maintenance of the Stone Eagle course.

Stone Eagle is the first Tom Doak-designed golf course in the Coachella Valley. It will include a residential enclave of 44 homes. Stone Eagle is a development of Destination Development Company, a Lowe Enterprises Company.
