Creighton Farms reports sale of residential homesite properties

ALDIE, Va. -- Creighton Farms, the exclusive new residential community situated in Virginia’s prestigious Loudoun County, has announced to date that a total of 29 property homesites have been sold. Building homesites range in size from 3 to 6 acres and homes within the community will be custom-built by a select group of approved builders that includes Apex Custom Homes, MB Visnic, The Galileo Group and Creighton Enterprises. Homesites start from $850,000 to over $2M.

According to Creighton Farms’ Michael Fenton, also a managing principal of parent company Juno Properties LLC, Creighton Farms will provide for a total of 180 estate residences when construction is complete. “Not only will homeowners enjoy dramatic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, but all personal needs will be anticipated and met through the exceptional concierge services provided by an on-site staff managed in keeping with The Ritz-Carlton’s reputation and style,” said Fenton. “The lifestyle and superb amenities available at Creighton Farms are unmatched in the area.” The majority of people purchasing property at Creighton Farms so far are from the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area.

The exceptional real estate offered at Creighton Farms only will be enhanced by the elegant backdrop of The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club’s Jack Nicklaus Signature Design Golf Course, which is set to officially open for Member-only play in April.

This pristine piece of property, just 30 miles west of Washington, D.C., occupies 900 acres of gently rolling topography that typifies Virginia’s historic hunt country.
