WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – Jan. 11, 2005 – Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE: HOT) has announced the re-launch of the Radisson Hotel San Diego as the Sheraton San Diego Hotel, Mission Valley.
The 260-room hotel, situated at 1433 Camino del Rio South, is located near two business districts, the San Diego Convention Center, several tourist attractions, 20 major restaurants, two shopping malls and a 27-hole golf course. The first phase of a $5.9 million renovation was recently completed with the remaining phase to be completed by end of first quarter of 2005. The hotel will continue to be managed by Interstate Hotels & Resorts.
