Cleveland Golf congratulates tour staffers for Q-School finishes

On the PGA TOUR...at the PGA TOUR Qualifying Tournament...Congratulations to Cleveland Golf tour staffers Kent Jones, Kevin Streelman and Richard S. Johnson, all of whom finished the event in the top 25, to earn full playing privileges on the 2008 PGA TOUR. This year's q-school was contested over six rounds on two different courses at the Orange County National Golf Center and Lodge, in Winter Garden, FL.

Kent Jones, who finished 134th on the 2007 PGA TOUR money list, completed the event tied for 11th with a total score of 415. Jones used a HiBORE XL (9.5), a Launcher Steel fairway wood (13), a HiBORE Hybrid (16), CG Red irons (3-PW), CG12 wedges (54/60), and a Never Compromise GM2 Exchange putter.

Kevin Streelman, who won the 2007 Opelika Classic and had three additional runner-up finishes on the Hooters Tour, finished the event tied for 14th with a total score of 416. Streelman used a HiBORE XL (10.5), a HiBORE fairway wood (15), CG Red irons (3,4) and CG1 irons (5-9), and 588 wedges (47/54/60).

Richard S. Johnson, who finished 165th on the 2007 PGA TOUR money list, completed the event tied for 19th with a total score of 417. Johnson used CG Red irons (4-PW), and CG10 wedges (52/58).
