LAHAINA, Maui, Hawaii – Tune in January 4th at 6:30 pm (EST) on The Golf Channel as Hawaii’s own Mark Rolfing premieres his third “Golf Hawaii” show in the 2005 season.
Hosted by Rolfing, viewers will be treated to a spectacular showcase of the best of golf from the Aloha State – featuring Hawaii’s premier golf resorts, interviews with the most prominent PGA TOUR professionals and personalities in the game.
In the upcoming January 4th edition of Golf Hawaii, Rolfing interviews Todd Hamilton. A year ago Todd Hamilton was a 38-year-old rookie on the PGA Tour. Within 2 months he was a winner on the PGA Tour capturing the Honda Classic. Four months later, he shocked the golf world by staring down Ernie Els and winning the 2004 British Open. Rolfing talked to Todd at the 2004 PGA Grand Slam a month ago.
Other segments of the half-hour program include a “Hawaii Focus” on the Makena Resort on Maui; a special “Rewind” Tiger Woods and Tiger Mania; and a “Preview” of the SONY Open, one of the most popular events on the PGA Tour.
The January 4th program premieres on The Golf Channel at 6:30 pm (EST), and re-airs on January 5 at 1:30 am, January 6 at 2 pm, January 7 at 12 midnight, and January 8 at 12 noon. For more information visit website www.golfhawaiiinfo.com.
