Dec. 29, 2004 – Paula Creamer earned herself a perk – one round-trip ticket anywhere in the continental United States on American Airlines – after she won the LPGA Tour qualifying tournament.

However, the 18-year-old missed out on the $6,000 as she competed as an amateur, turning pro only after she completed her five-shot victory.

Incidentally, her father, Paul, is a pilot in the American Airlines.
