Bedford Springs Resort announces hosting Fall Foliage Brunch

BEDFORD, Pa. -- To welcome the throngs of visitors to the town of Bedford during the Bedford Fall Foliage Festival, Bedford Springs Resort will host a Fall Foliage Brunch on October 6, 7, 13 and 14, 2007 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The brunch, which will be held in the hotel’s sparkling, newly designed Colonnade Ballroom, has been created to accommodate the many guests who will be visiting the area at one of the most beautiful times of year and during one of the most well attended events of the season. Executive Chef Konrad Meier will select foods suited to autumn, as well as traditional brunch fare, to create a buffet that is sure to please any palate.

The cost of the brunch is $38 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

With the brilliantly colored Allegheny Mountains as a backdrop, the welcoming resort ambiance where afternoon tea is served in the lobby each day, and the arrival of horse drawn carriages after a leisurely ride around the flowering grounds, historic Bedford Springs Resort is the perfect setting for sampling this year’s fall festivities.
