Nike Golf congratulates Chad Campbell for Viking Classic win

Nike Golf’s Chad Campbell Clinches his Fourth PGA Tour Career Title at the Viking Classic

-Campbell Strengthens Nike Golf’s Hold on Most Driver, Irons and Fairway Wood Wins on the PGA Tour in 2007-

While six members of Nike Golf’s Tour Staff were busy trying to retain the President’s Cup for their respective countries, Chad Campbell was occupied with claiming the PGA Tour’s Viking Classic title, his first win since the 2006 Bob Hope Chrysler Classic, and the fourth of his career. Using Nike Golf equipment, Campbell fired an eight-under-par round of 64 in the third round to put him into contention on the last day.

With multiple wins from Woods and K.J. Choi, and wins from Rory Sabbatini and Campbell in 2007, Nike Golf is dominating the PGA Tour with 11 wins, leads the Tour in driver and iron wins, and is tied for first in fairway woods wins.

Campbell’s Viking Classic Highlights

· Campbell birdied two of the last three holes to win by one stroke.

· Campbell’s precise shotmaking with his Nike Pro Combo Tour irons gave him the lead in greens in regulation with an average of 80.6%.

· With the combination of the Nike Golf SasQuatch driver and the Nike One Black ball, Campbell’s average driving distance was 294 yards.

· Campbell led the field with the most birdies in the tournament with a total of 22, 9 of which were made in the third round when he shot a 64 to put himself into contention.
