PowerBilt's Citation FZ1 driver and Citation FZ1 fairway woods

THOUSAND PALMS, Calif. -- Twelve-time PGA Tour champion Fuzzy Zoeller loves to have fun on the golf course, and he loves to see others having fun on the links as well.

“And what’s more fun than a long drive or a long fairway wood shot that goes right where you want it?” Zoeller asked. “Man! That feels good. And anyone who has ever played the game knows exactly what I’m talking about.”

The Masters, U.S. Open, Sr. PGA, and Ryder Cup champion has worked with the research & development team at PowerBilt to develop a new driver and fairway woods that will have golfers smiling and having fun all the way around the course. Those clubs are the long and forgiving PowerBilt Citation FZ1 driver and PowerBilt Citation FZ1 fairway woods.

POWERBILT CITATION FZ1 DRIVER

Why does Fuzzy like the new PowerBilt Citation FZ1 driver? Simply because its head shape is exactly what he prefers while also having a high resistance to off-center shots on the rare occasion when he misses the sweet spot. The MOI (Moment of Inertia) is 4700+, the upper scale of MOI for traditional-shaped drivers which means it is a very forgiving design for tour professionals like Fuzzy as well as for the average golfer.

The internal and external weight distribution developed by PowerBilt’s R&D team creates maximum MOI, making this one if the most stable drivers on the market. And stability means less club twisting for more accurate drives.

The Citation FZ1 driver has a two-level multi-finish sole. Its face is constructed from ultra strong, lightweight aerospace grade 15-3-3-3 beta titanium for maximum energy transfer (COR) from clubface to ball. That helps players get every yard possible out of each drive.

PowerBilt Citation’s FZ1 is designed with optimum horizontal bulge and vertical roll for consistent ball trajectory regardless of impact location. Two internal weights placed in the rear of the club create a deep center of gravity to minimize backspin for greater ball carry (less back spin equals less resistance as the ball flies through the air).

Available in draw (9, 10.5, and 12 degrees) and neutral (9 and 10.5 degrees), the right-hand-only driver comes with an Aldila VS Proto graphite shaft and Golf Pride Tour Velvet grip. Custom shaft and grip options are available.

Put all the Citation FZ1’s features together and you have a club that will have players hitting long, accurate drives and having as much fun on the course as Fuzzy!

FZ1 FAIRWAY WOODS

Made from 17-4 stainless steel, the PowerBilt Citation FZ1 fairway woods (3, 5, and 7) have a modest profile. The head depth combined with the two-level multi-sole finish creates conditions for maximum playability from any lie.

The 3 wood has a 15-degree loft, while the 5 is 19 degrees, and the 7 is 23 degrees.

Aldila VS Proto graphite shafts and Golf Pride Tour Velvet grips are standard. Custom shaft and grip options are available.
